“Macedonskiy” 6b, 40m FA trad

The basalt crag above village Bjni, where during early eighties they organized Soviet Union rock climbing championships, is still desired trad climbing cliff just 32km from Yerevan.

 The esthetic line, which few years ago we were toproping with Rob (our old generation mountaineer and climber) I promised to call Macedonskiy when I FA it one day. The word was his favorite to use as a curs anytime he was excited. The day came, Jacob Balzani Loovwas with us with his camera, and Macedonskiy was sent!
